This form is to be used to request library space during the school day only. Please check the calendar below to make sure that your dates and periods are open prior to requesting space! Please note that the library does not handle testing or outside lab requests, and that all room reservations outside of the school day go through the Main Office/Building Reservation Form. All set-up and technical requests go through the Web Help Desk.
