  • This form is to request library space DURING THE SCHOOL DAY ONLY.
  • All room reservations outside of the school day go through the Main Office/Building Reservation Form. 
  • The library does not handle testing or outside lab requests.
  • All set-up and technical requests go through the Web Help Desk.
